The German Finance Minister said on Monday that a self-initiated energy embargo against Russia does not appear advisable for the sustainability of sanctions against Russia at present, reported Reuters. Moreover, the Finance Minister said he cannot rule out the negative consequences on our growth and for inflation given the current situation with Ukraine, and that the government is looking with international partners at how we can respond to the impact of the crisis on our societies, but the possibilities are limited.
